All products shipped within Australia are sent free and express.

International standard shipping is free, and a flat rate of $29.95AUD for International EMS Express. 3-5 day worldwide delivery via FedEx is also available for a fee.

Please allow 5 business days to receive your tracking information for premade items.

4-6 week turn around for commissions, although some may be done sooner. Check your confirmation email for an accurate completion date.

Buyer is responsible for correct size, please double check your size prior to placing an order. Refunds cannot be offered for order error/incorrect size/change of mind as outlined in the terms/conditions.
